I also had facial acne when I was younger but I found that the topical treatments which worked on my face were having no effect on my back at all. It was only when I tried a new approach and started changing what I was actually putting into my body in the first place that I started seing results and finally getting some relief.
One day about 6 months ago (I still remember it clearly, it was a beautifully sunny morning – cold and crisp) I saw a guy, Chris Gibson, talking about his brand new and revolutionary way of dealing with acne and back acne causes on TV.
I had given up all hope of clearing up the spots on my back (it was a dark place to be) but this suddenly gave me back a little bit of hope and the mental energy to start feeling that perhaps I could start getting back in control of my back acne. Here was a solution which seemed to promise a way of banishing my back spots AND didn’t rely on harsh chemicals (which are nothing more than bleach really). Perhaps it really was possible to live without the constant irritation and embarrasment of back acne?
I had to know more, and so I visited his website and signed up for the completely free report he gives away on the site “The Five Secrets To Clearing Your Skin”. The advice he gives is both down to earth as well as making a lot of sense and I decided to try his acne system to see if it would really work. I am not here to give a full review of the system but I can say I had almost immediate results and cleared up my acne in about two weeks (it is called Acne Free in 3 Days – If my experience is anything to go by it will take a little longer than this for most people but it is the only thing I have ever tried which actually cleared up the spots on my back and for that I will remain eternally grateful).

Here are some tips to help clear up your back spots:
#1 Cut out the abrasive soap, your back spots don’t like it.
Abrasive soap irritates your skin and can make the spots on your back flare up even more. A mild wash is best.
#2 Don’t overdo the scrubbing
Washing a couple of times a day in luke warm water is the best thing for the spots on your back. Scrubbing will merely irritate the skin and make things worse.
#3 Give your skin a good clean after you have been sweating.
Sweating is bad news for back spots and so cleaning your skin after a workout is of vital importance. Just remember, the spots on your back are super sensitive so avoid scrubbing or harsh soaps.
